Alopecia Barbae

I have this Alopecia Barbae for a few months on the moustache area and would like a cure for this.

I recently took
Nux Vomica 200c (one dose, 3 weeks back) and Putsatilla 200c one week back for this, some one on this forum suggested.

Can some one take this up and suggest a good remedy for this?
