What are your fears? None in particular

What do you usually take in breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks?

Fruits , cereals and milk in breakfast, normal vegetarian food at lunch and dinner, take 5-6 cups of tea, snacks are regular but could be anything (generally snacks in the afternoon causes flatulence), Beer at weekend

Let me add a few other symptoms, which may not be related to epidydmal cyst problem.

1. If I walk fast for about 40 minutes or so, my muscles under the knee ( that just above calf) feel highly strained. Outer part of the left thigh feels as if sleeping (though no sensation is lost). MRI suggests that one of the lower disc of spine in the lumber region shows compression.

2. Even in a winter, can not keep my feet too long covered. The moment they feel heated, I feel like taking those out.

3. Allergic to garlic, causes heart burn and a lot of gas in the stomach which leads to fouls smelling farts.

4. Cannot sleep comfortably in if room temperature is on somewhat hot side.

5. Cannot sleep too long straight on back.

6. Feel sometimes hungry at 11:00 hrs. Hunger satisfied with some light eating, say fruit etc.

7. If within an hour of eating papaya I eat a banana, it causes several gastric problem, stomach bloated, severe stomach pain. Feels better only after severe vomitting or diarrhea.

8. Find difficult to digest any insult, may lead to anger for several hours and sometimes several days (though I think it i s common to all humans).

8. Whenever have headache it is mostly more on left hand side. Pain killer leads to foul smelling farts

As advised I took one dose of Thuja Occidentalis 1M three days ago. Though physiologically I do not find significant reduction in epidydmal cyst size, but intutively I felt something is better, may be less discomfort in that area. Looking forward to future course of action. Please note that I had also written some additional symptoms just above this post. It so happened that I noted the medicine advice after that.

Since last two days: yesterday had a mild flu like symptoms,(with slight fatigue and feeling slightly feverish) gone by by today. A couple of small watery boils beneath lower lip (inside the month) appeared and have burst.Status quo on cyst size. Please let me know when I should report again.

I just stay angry within and share the frustration with very close one of two persons. Sometimes, though rarely, I may retort angrily back expressing disagreement. I feel like retaliating at an appropriate time, which generally I donot do. Time heals !

I forgot to mention that while in anger, I have very disturbed sleep. I would buy the suggested medicine tomorrow and take as advised.

Last of three dose of Staphysagria 200 was taken on June 18. For a couple of days after that I felt a little lazy, such as walking at somewhat slower speed etc. Sleep seemed to be somewhat better. However, for now there does not seem to be any change in the physiology or size of epidydmal cyst. For last 4-5 days I have a very dull headache on right half of the head and many times can feel it only when I touch the head.I have avoided taking any pain killers. Consequently there is difficulty in concentrating on things.

And also are their some food items forbidden when taking the Homeopathic medicine.

Sure. However, I got the impression from your response after Thuja dose when you wrote on 8th June "hold your horses" that I should observe patiently for some days and then report. I sure can try to be very prompt.

How is the pain, if any ?
Occasionally there is a kind of teasing (comes in pulses) pain for a few minutes. This is sometimes on the right testicle which has moved up due the epidydimal cyst inside the scrotum. And sometimes also a discomfort in the epidydimal cyst. Either of the pain lasts for a few minutes < 10 minutes. Please note that epidydimal cyst is quite large – ultrasound measured 4.5X2.4X2.2 cm. Ultrasound report also mentions bilateral varicocele, right > left

Please describe swelling, if any? There is no external swelling

Any bleeding? No bleeding

Is there any itching or burning? Generally in the evening there is itching at the rear part of scrotum and it is more so more just before sleep

Any constipation or urinary issues? Sweets cause constipation but otherwise no frequent constipation. Urination is frequent, almost every one and a half hour. Have to get up about three times at night due to urine. Urine generally clear watery. I tend to drink more water, mostly in smaller sips every 10-15 minutes

How is your anger now? Seems somewhat better

How do you take criticism now ? There has not been any significant occasion to test that in last two weeks, but I feel that I might react less.

Today the headache seems almost absent.
