I have not been able to buy Apis Mel 200 yet, but would do so within this week. In the meantime, my dull headache or sense of tenderness on the right hand side of head has returned in last three days. (which had appeared about 10 days or so ago). As I had mentioned earlier, I feel a dull pain when I touch or press my head, otherwise it affects essentially the concentration. I should also re-mention that most of my headaches are caused by trapped gas in stomach.

Yes, I could get Colosynthis 200 and would also get Apis Mel 200 in a day. Please advise. I should also mention that as of now I donot have colic but sensation of some gas in stomach. I say so from my experience that whenever I have headache of any kind it is related to gas in stomach, as it relives only after that gets out. A couple of times over last five years I have had severe colic though, caused primarily by food poisoning, particularly through Papaya fruit. Last time was about two years ago.

Now I have Apis Mel 200 and Colosynthis 200. Will also try to get Lycopodium 200. What should I take now ?

Yesterday, before I could start with Apis Mel, I had severe headache and had to take a pain killer (isobrufane). After about 10 hours I took first dose of Apis. Nothing much to report yet.

AS I had mentioned earlier, all my headaches seem to be due to stomach gas. Pain killer seems to induce expulsion of that (foul smelling) gas either in form of eructations or farts and headache becomes alright. I was having mild head discomfort since a week and on that it became quite bad, forcing me to take a pain killer.

I have just now taken the third dose of Apis mel 200.

As of now, there is no discernible or significant change

I have eaten some salad with raw onions. I hope it does not cancel Apis Mel.

Mind: Generally peaceful. Though no event has tested whether I can bear insult any easier, it seems to me that I am more calm. I felt so after Staphysagria dose and continue since. But as I mentioned, there has not been any testing ground either.
Head: Mild headaches mostly on right side of head, seems to be caused by mild gas in stomach. Better on gas exiting the body. Sometimes headache becomes acute. Forget several times words or names on the days of severe headaches. In case of a sleepless night, tend to confuse left and right directions of locations not frequently visited.
Eyes: Mild itching on getting up in the morning or late evening. Better by washing with fresh water.
Tongue: Often dirty white coated by evening, coating easily cleaned with tooth brush.
Throat : Sometimes light yellow or greenish phlegm. Often more so after common cold settles. Throwable after hawking. Mostly a couple of times an year.
Face: One small acne like growth (steady for years), increases temporarily after excessive sugar based sweets (gets cut and bleeds during shaving then).
Shoulder: Seems like left shoulder inching towards what is commonly called “frozen shoulder”. However, through exercise, trying to keep that away.
Underarm: For lack of correct work I would call it cyst like, but there are a couple of skin growths of the size of a pea or so.
Scrotum: Itching at the back of scrotum. Have to wash afresh in the evening to keep that low.
Epidydimal cyst on or around left testicle, large enough to push up right testicle. Occasional discomfort either in right testicle or in left, kind of teasing pain in pulses lasting for about 10 minutes each. Feels somewhat ( 5%) relaxed since yesrday.
Seems slightly ( may be 5%) relaxed since yesterday.
Urine: Frequent, once every 1.5 to 2 hours. I drink 6-7 cups of tea, (mostly light dark tea, without sugar and drink about a liter of water every day. Urine is mostly colourless, except on mild dehydration when it becomes pale yellow.
Mostly no constipation, except after sugarated sweets
After about 15 minutes of continuous walking, sensation of sleeping on the outer and upper left skin of left thigh. But sensation is not lost. Becomes better after rest.
After a long or a brisk walk, the muscles under the knee region giving a sensation as if pulled or stressed.
Occasionally cramps in calves, more so after persistent long walks. ( was found to have severe shortage of vitamin D for which I had to take supplements for a month or so. Better thereafter)
Feet: Generally prefer to sleep with feet uncovered. Even in severe winter, once the feet have warmed up, for comfortable sleep I feel more comfortable by keeping them out of cover.

I could get Natrum Muriaticum 1M . Can that be used ?

I could take first dose of Naturn Mur 200 yesterday. In the intervening period i.e. after Apis Mel 200 doses, I got the impression that size of epidydimal cyst might have slightly reduced as appears from relaxed scrotum. However, itching around the area has increased.

Since he last dose of Natrum mur 200, about 5 days ago following changes in symptom were noted
Mild irritation in throat. Has to hawk up phlegm which is mostly whitish, though not very thick. Early morning its colour is pale yellow and that is slightly thicker. All saltish in taste.
Has not been able to have deep sleep. Feel drowsy at night, but would not be able to sleep easily. For at least three days sleep only for about 3-4 hours and that too not very deep. Fortunately not tired during the day.
Has mild constipation
Had a sensation of cramp on upper part of calves. Its sensation clear on lying down.
On other aspects I donot find any change
