Burning sensation in stomache and bloat

- Bloating in stomach and pelvic area
- Burning sensation in stomach after eatting
- Feel full after eatting very little
- Pressure feels slightly releaved after burping
- Gas x helped initially when this sarted

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
- Bloating started on May 5th until may 14th - I was taking apple cider vinegar
- Blaoting returned June 2nd and has gotten progressivley worse
- Burning sensation last night after eatting pineapple but has not gone away.

- Constant feeling of bloat and whenever eatting having burning sensation.

- Bloat and Gas. Slight burning currently.

- Ate pineapple last night which started the burning sensation which has not happend before. Pineapple is a normal food for us.

- Burning sensation in stomach - that eventually traveled into gut.

- Burning sensation that started in stomach and traveled down into gut. It did dull as it traveled it was about an hour

Thank you for responding.

I did the carbo Veg-200 for 3 days. Now in the morning there is a slight burning sensation that seems to be remedied by 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar in a glass of water followed by a little food like fruit. I also still have the bloating and slight pain on right side both above and below my navel. All in all symptoms have reduced but not gone away completely.

The first day of taking the Carbo veg I was feeling completely better for dinner I had most of a normal meal and began to feel bad again.

Any additional advice would very much be appreciated.

Pl continue Carbo Veg for next 10 days
Pl stop milk and all dairy products.
Pl take pro-biotic drink every day.

Pl give feedback after 10 days

Hello again. I'm not due to report in until Wednesday, but I seem to have another issue.

My issue started yesterday when I started to feel a dull ache in the bottom of my right forefoot, behind the second toe. It hurts when I walk and am not sure what to do about it. When I try to curl my toes, I feel slight inflammation. Please advise if I should start another thread or continue to report here. Thank you kindly.

For temporary period stop earlier medicines.

It is most likely you have had too much Carbo veg.
if this is a new symptom you have never had before.

Carbo veg is given for pain in toes,cramping of
feet/ soles of feet.

If this is new, then you are proving Carbo Veg-
from too many doses. Stop the Carbo Veg, do not
take anything else, let this wear off and see
how you are overall in a week.

Right Foot Injury Update:
After trying Rhus Tox 200c
- tends to feel colder than left foot
- best first thing in the morning ; worst throughout the day and into evening
- the pain tends to come and go, and sometimes will be a constant dull ache that can last a while. pain can happen regardless of standing or sitting.
- foot feels better when wearing gel-insole shoes ; worst when wearing flat slippers
- slight ache beginning on left forefoot now
- finger knuckles starting to feel stiff (left hand mostly) , the following day, my left elbow started to feel stiff as well

I have stopped all dosing everything and will rest a full week. Thank you for explaining what happened. Hopefully it lightens up soon.

What do you mean by "right foot injury"?

Did you actually injure the foot? Or was this a new symptom after
Carbo Veg?

1. Homeopathic prescribing is one remedy at a time, and stop
when you have a reaction good or bad to see what the effect is.

2. If the foot symptoms are new, that means it is overdose of
carbo veg. You wait and let it wear off and see where you are.
You don't take another remedy to counteract effects of too much
of carbo veg.

3. Rhus tox is given for stiffness and pain better by movement.
Giving Rhus tox for overdose of Carbo Veg is wrong. It seems
you are sensitive and now having new symptoms of Rhus tox, if
not needed it will cause stiffness and pain.

So please wait as you have said.

Hello. To answer your question, that the foot "injury" was mis-worded. I did not actually injure my foot. The pain just arrived for no reason, so I suppose it is a symptom as you have said. This has been a relief for me, because I was confused to why this was happening to me. Thank you so much for your education and guidance. I will report again after some time unless there are other questions to answer.

Update after a waiting period:

Foot pain is gone. (Thank you) I still have stiffness in the knuckles of my hands, and a very slight stiffness in my knees. I also still have a slight acidic taste in my mouth and the back of my tongue is coated white, however, this seems to be going away slowly.

How is the bloating and burning that was the original problem?

Carbo veg dosage according to Boericke:

Dose.__First to third trituration in stomach disorders. Thirtieth potency and higher in chronic conditions, and in collapse.

So i also believe 200 was a higher potency and prescribed for longer time.

The bloating and burning is gone. Right before I started taking the remedies I began to experience some acid reflux and tongue coating in my mouth. So, yes it was before taking remedies.

Good the stiffness is wearing off, that should continue until it is gone.

White coating on tongue often indicates Candida overgrowth. Sweets feed
the candida. We all have candida in the gut flora, but the gut flora can
be destroyed by antibiotics in the past. Then it cannot keep the candida
level where it should be.

Candida out of control can become system wide of various aches pains etc.

A. Make sure your diet is good healthy food. Start to eliminate sugar, look
at what you buy and see the sugar levels in there. Try to get things that have
no more than 7 gms of sugar. You will be shocked if you start reading labels at
all the hidden sugar in the grocery store.
B. Get a probiotic with 8 strains in it. You need to re-populate your gut flora.
This takes around 2 months if you have had antibiotics in the last couple years.
Take one a day and switch brands if you have discomfort bc they all react differently
on people. If you are taking and it is working well and then stops and you
get constipated or don't feel right, then switch again.
C. Have a salad every day, and if you are not allergic to dairy have a cup of
natural yogurt a day as this is a probiotic but does not have all the strains needed
to totally repopulate.
D. Try to eat protein and vegetables for a few weeks. Bread, baked items, all
turn into sugar quickly.
E. You can take Nat phos 6x for 5 days, 2 tabs 15 minutes before a meal. ( acidity)
F. You can take Kali Mur 6x twice a day morning and before bed, 3 tabs.( white coating)

These are cell salts, they are at Whole foods under the remedies ( hylands brand)
They work differently than remedies in that there are 12 salts, these salts are
naturally in our cells, and the right salt rebalances the cell itself.

Probiotics ( tons of them at whole foods) I get Primadolphilus- not as expensive
has the strains, etc.

Try cell salts for one week and then report back.

Thank you for the detailed explanation on Candida overgrowth and approach on fighting it. I apologize for the late response. I have been experiencing a sour stomach over the past few days I was hoping it would go away, but it looks like it's still here. (Slight burning sensation but no pain) Should I continue with your last recommendation anyway? Please advise.

It took a while to get the stuff needed but I finally got underway with the prescription.

Near the end of the dosing regimen, I started to feel better and thought I was back to normal. Two days after finishing the dosing regimen, I had a cabbage dinner made with pieces of rotisserie chicken, cabbage and tomato basil soup (instead of tomato sauce or regular tomatoes). I made a similar dinner a few days prior, but used ground turkey instead of the rotisserie chicken. I had no negative reaction to it so I thought it would be fine, especially since I typically have chicken as my primary source of protein now. It was delicious, but an hour later I started to feel a deep ache above my right hip socket and deeper than I could feel. It ached when I walked. A few minutes later, if I took a deep breath, the bottom of my lungs would hut. A minute after discovering that, if I took a deep breath, I would feel sharp pains in the lower-mid section of my back. My boyfriend said he would get those symptoms whenever he had indigestion.

Today, I am not experiencing any of those symptoms, but my stomach still feels, uneasy.

Current Symptoms:
- In general my stomach feels uneasy, like it's teetering on being sour (or maybe it is and I just don't realize it yet) I have noticed that when I get hungry, I definitely get a sour/burning, gurgling sensation. This has yet to go away completely. This is often relieved when I eat something, but sometimes returns minutes 30 minutes after.
- There is now only a very slight white coating in the back of my tongue, much lighter than before however, but still enough for me to notice.

Current Food

We always had salad for dinner, but it always had fruits, berries, seeds, sprouts, nuts, carrots, avocado on top. I have since omitted everything for my dinner except for the lettuce, sprouts and sunflower seeds (they are unsalted and raw). Sometimes I add broccoli or other green food. My dressing is a garlic vinaigrette with less than 4grams of sugar. Other foods I tend to be eating are
- Kefir
- Celery with garlic hummus
- eggs for breakfast
- steamed artichokes
- ground turkey
- chicken
- salmon
- cabbage
- broccoli
- assorted lettuces, mostly romaine
- spinach (but not too much as I'm prone to gout)
- sour kraut / kim chee (but not when I'm feeling ill or uneasy)
- brussel sprouts (roasted)
- coconut oil, olive oil for cooking
- green beans
- garlic (roasted sauteed usually with green beans)
- sea salt
- spices such as sage, nutmeg, thyme, rosemary, basil, parsley, cilantro


I take 1 probiotic, once a day, first thing in the morning, as I read that's when your stomach acid is at its weakest and I want the good bacteria to survive. Everything was fine at first, but now I wonder if I should change probiotics since that's what you warned me about initially?

You said Candida out of control can become system wide of various aches and pains. I was really surprised by that, and more so when I started to notice it in my body. Aside from stomach area pain, I even had bumps appearing behind my left ear, and fluttering sounds off and on that lasted 3 days. This is now gone - I hope, because it was scary. (I tend to get sinus pressure and middle ear infections, so was worried for my ears.) My face texture also changed and got rougher and I had little bumps around the nose and mouth area, not exactly like acne though. That has also passed. My scalp tingles slightly, but I attribute that to my progressive perimenopausal hair loss. A few days after my dosing, I realized I lost the 10 pounds I had been trying to lose for the past 5 years! Of course, I'm not sure if that's a healthy weight loss given how my stomach still feels sour. This Candida overgrowth has been an interesting ride.

As I tried to research more about Candida, I found that there are multiple conflicting programs that just confused me. Is there a trustworthy guide out there or cookbook? I want to do everything I can to support my body so I can get through this happily. What should I follow?

the reason I had the dosing schedule 5 days
was to monitor how it was working.

One does not get rid of this in a week.

Please start the same dosing schedule again
and report after a week. Continue the probiotic.

Your diet sounds very good. Just make sure
you look at labels and see how much sugar is
in things, very surprising. Also, do the same
on salt-not more than around 1500 to 2000mg
of salt a day.

Where I mess up on the above- is forgetting
it is "per serving"

Thank you for continuing to guide me through this.

During the week, I got internal hemorrhoids flare up, two tiny warts on my right foot in between my toes. The odd thing about them is they were itchy and so was the surrounding skin. Also, my right ear felt like there was a tickling itchy feeling on my eardrum, as if 'something was there'. That's the best as I can explain it. Also, I've got allergies apparently. I'm experiencing itchy eyes, runny nose AND post nasal drip. In a way this is good because I usually just suffer post nasal drip whenever I have sinus issues, which would eventually lead to ear infection. (my boyfriend is also experiencing allergic reactions, so this is probably from the environment) Earlier in the week, I noticed slight swelling and soreness of my lymph nodes to the right side of my rib cage (right of breast). That went away in a few days.

Currently, my internal hemorrhoids is going away (i increased water intake and try to sprinkle ground flax seed on my food every now and then.) For the warts, I used Oil of Oregano on them, and they look like they're leaving too. I am still experiencing allergy symptoms. My stomach feels more stable than before, and I've tried a few tomatoes on my salads as well as some bitter lettuces like arugula. (Not sure if I should be staying away from tomatoes?) I still have the coating on my tongue, and wake up with a funny taste still. There's been no change there.

I have a question regarding salt. I gave up regular table salt years ago, and only use sea salt. I know table salt is laced with sugar, but is it okay for me to enjoy sea salt or does your recommendation also apply to that as well?

Also, was that report okay? Do you prefer that I just report how I'm doing on the day of checking in or should I include what happened during the week?

Its been 3 days since I checked in and await your response. Just to note, I'm still taking probiotics once a day and following your last recommendation, even curbing salt. Ive also stopped the dosing since I didn't want to continue without proper guidance.

I still wake up with a funny taste in my mouth and my tongue is still slightly coated. My meals must remain small or else I get pain in the bottom of my lungs whenever I breathe deeply. The sour/burning sensation I would get when I would get hungry seems to have lessened, but is still there.

Waiting on further instructions.

1. What is the funny taste in your mouth? Can you describe it?
Like sour, metallic, or?
Is this only when you wake and does it go away later?

2.I think to get rid of the sour stomach for a couple weeks,
eliminate, cabbage, brussels sprouts,broccoli, and sour kraut-
these are all gas producing, and I would have tomatoes limit
to once a week for right now.

3.You can have the sea salt.

4. On reporting, you can give me a week overview and then
state how you are doing mentally , physically, emotionally etc
on that day and give percentages as to better, worse, same in
relation to when you started the salts.

5. How are the allergies, runny nose, post nasal drip as of today?

1. The taste is hard to describe. When I think of it, I immediately picture a white powder (I know that's not helpful) I think it's kind of metallic, not sour. It only happens in the morning when I first wake up. After I have a glass of water (with my probiotic), it goes away. I've been experiencing this funny taste since I got ill.

3. Wonderful! I notice my salt intake isn't very much to begin with. I just like to have something with my eggs in the morning. :)

5. It's still around, but has grown less today compared to when I last posted. If I'm suffering the post nasal drip before bedtime, I force myself to stay awake as I don't want that draining into my ears.

6. A few things that are new is that I have a sore on the floor of my mouth, under my tongue, on the left side of the duct of submandibular gland. It's a little swollen too, but it doesn't hurt. Also hemorrhoids are acting up again, but I manage with witch hazel, ointment, extra water. I can't be low on fiber because all I have is fiber now. So I assume its not enough water.

I would like you to stop probiotics for the next week and the gassy foods.
Do not eat anything after 8:30 at night.

Stop Nat Phos 6x and Kali Mur. Instead try Cal phos 6x cell salt.

Two tabs 3 times a day.

Please give me a report after 4 days on this regimen.
