Nat Mur, side effects??

I'm looking for some advice or suggestions from people who know more than me regarding homeopathy please.

I've been taking Nat Mur for about a week and a half. I chose this remedy because it was an excellent match for how my health problems started about 15 years ago. I started on 6c three times a day. It was working brilliantly, I started feeling clearer, stomach issue started going away, sinuses cleared, I had more patience and feel happier. So a couple of days ago I switched to 30c twice a day. I'm still feeling great as stated above but I have started to get minor stomach pain and constipation, also been very thirsty.

I'm not sure what's going on, because I still feel better than I have in years, is the pain and constipation a side effect? Or maybe I'm taking a too high dose? Or maybe I should stop altogether? I've also started gaining weight since taking nat mur (which is a good thing). I have been underweight and unable to gain anything no matter how much I eat for years, so I am worried if I stop taking nat mur I might stop gaining weight. Any suggestions?

Thanks :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
you are overdosing yourself. Nat mur 30 can act for around 7 days. so you can repeat only after 7 days . the rule for repetition is repeat only when symptoms come back. breaking this rule may cause trouble.
