Dr. Rishimba I need your help for Schizophrenia
Patient ID: Sex: M Age: 40Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.
1. Describe your main suffering?
I started way back in 1995 when there were family problems and my frequent police arrests mentally agonizing me, humiliating me in public. The thoughts started to come and I started to indulge in self talk after a horrendous discussion with a neighbor brought to police to my house who kept favoring for the money he gave them. I was again humiliated and after that incident that very day I stood in shock in one place for 3 hours. After that and that very day I started getting thought racing through my head thoughts I would attach myself to and indulge in self talk. The problem grew from bad to worse I started getting negative thoughts for others in my family where I would blame them for the harm done to my reputation and all the agony the caused me that would make me angry have hatred towards them with thoughts of revenge persisting in my mind. I resorted to buying allopathic tranquillizers in large quantity and consuming them from medical stores I was on good terms with. But they would keep me calm for some time and then the thoughts would return. Then finally in 2002 I sought the help of a psychiatrist who without testing me via a clinical psychologist put me on large doses on medicine with increased my weight out of proportion and initially lead to a lot of abscesses that were treated by other doctors. I continued under her treatment till date. But after being under her treatment the thoughts persist but I got lobotomized and mentally numb by her medicine. So now I have fears from my family members who have acted against me in secrecy in past I get fears even if they are bluffing that leads to severe anxiety and depression. I am today not any longer a warrior but a slave I have everything snatched from me by the shrewd.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
I suffer from chronic cervical spondylosis. Whenever there is pain I get feeling of intense anxiety and thoughts of depression. Have spoken to my doctor am taking homeopathic medicines for the problem but the pain and negative emotions continue. I have also been asked by an orthopedic surgeon to wear a soft collar when there is pain. Today medicines and hot fomentation and exercise did not help I am wearing a soft collar as I am typing this. Also I am 5 feet 11 inches tall but I weigh 140 Kgs. I was of the right weight when I went to the psychiatrist but after taking her medicines I gained all this weight. I get tired easily. If I walk too much my sole of my left foot under and around the heel gives the most pain. I have been tested for thyroid but I am not suffering from any thyroid disease as per the tests.

You need to stop taking homeopathic remedies right now. Keep taking the anti-psychotic drugs as usual.
I feel these high potency mixed remedies are not helping you in any case so you must stop them. Unless you stop all these homeopathic remedies, I cannot begin the treatment.
Now, please answer the following questions.
1. What are the situations or factors that make your sufferings worse and what are those that make you feel better?
2, What are the situations that make your mental symptoms worse and what make them better?
3. When you are depressed, do you still want to commit suicide?
4. When do you feel the worst - day or night time?
5. Do you have any problems sleeping in the dark?
6. Do you feel the worst when you sweat?
7. When you take to yourself, do you mutter or mumble or murmur or do you talk very clearly as if you are having a conversation with yourself?
8. Generally, what is the theme of your conversation with yourself? How often is it during the day and night?

I will stop the high potency homeopathic remedies immediately and will continue to take the anti psychotics as usual unless you advise otherwise.

Your remedy for now seems to be TABACUM 1M single dose.
I suggest you should stop chewing tobacco and smoking too. These will block your cure.
Once you have stopped taking all homeopathic remedies and stopped chewing and smoking tobacco, take a few doses of NUX VOM 30C, one dose every three to four days.
This is how you need to prepare yourself for starting the treatment.
After about two to three weeks, we can start the actual treatment.
