Erectile dysfunction in my organ

I have some problems of not fully have sex intercourse with my partner, following is my short history:

I was affected from Pneumonia, & Typhoid in my childhood, in my childhood my hernias operation was done.
In university time i got sex with a girl, after few months i got my ultrasound test which result in that i have Cystitis, i also masturbate in week, now few month later my marriage will be held, i have issue of not getting fully sex with low time and i ejaculate less than 1 minute, which cause me in depression in this situation i cant satisfy the girl
Doctor sb. can you suggest me best medicine of homeopathic with low side effect which can increase my sexual time and increase strength in penis and increase sperms?
My age is 30 with 6.0 feet height, and 63 kg body weight
