I am carrying them.
I was not able to post a communication as there was no internet connectivity for the last three days.
I had taken phosphoricum acidicum up to 16 th august. And then onwards I am without any remedy. It was bearable for 17th and 18th. Now I am having pain in the right pelvic, perineum and scrotum area since today morning after passing stools. There was nothing before passing stools. But after bowel movement it becomes discomforting.
Mental condition: I was very happy for the trip. But now I am worried since Today morning with the sudden discomfort.
Please suggest. Thanks

Also the holding of urine has become a little bad since morning. I have to go multiple times to urinate. I have not drunk much water since morning.

I was able to see your post but was not able to reply due to internet connectivity. I have started the course for Lycopodium.
The semen has reached a certain mucus state, and the liquid state has decreased much compared to last Friday. However, I suppose it is still some way to reach the normal stage.

Now I am getting a needle insertion feeling in the right side of the rectum. The daytime urine holding has become poor. I don't have to wake up in the night time though.

I had taken two doses of Berberis Vulgaris. Bladder holding has been excellent. The problem of liquid semen is minimised. It is reaching mucus state. However, a stinging pain is still there at the right side of anus/ pelvic/ scrotum region. It comes and goes on its own and sometimes lasts for long.
Mentally I am little relieved after the pain decreased.

I had Apis Mel three times ending yesterday. Right now,
I am experiencing a deep radiating mild pain in the right rectum/ perineum area since yesterday. It feels like that I need a bowel movement. The pain sometimes radiates in to the hip. There is also a tingling sensation. Other symptoms have resolved more or less.
Mentally things are okay. A little tension is there as some pain is still there.
Please advice.

I have taken Lycopodium for last 1 week, ending yesterday.
Most of the problems have been solved. There is an occasional irritation in the perineum. Although, it has no significant pattern. It also stays for short time. However, compared to earlier pains this is very minute.
Mentally I am relaxed after getting rid of the extreme pain.
Please advice

The irritation in the perineum / pelvic area is a sort of mild pain. It does not follow any specific pattern and could come and go any time. There is mild dribbling at the end of urination some time. Even the mild irritation does not have any specific location inside perineum. The location could scrotum/ anus, etc. at different times.
