I had Apis Mel for past three days. Now, there is a mild stinging sensation inside the rectum area. Bowel movement/ urination provides relief. Semen quality is comparatively better. A little dribbling at the end of urination at times is still there.

Mentally I am a little stressed with job related pressure.

The stressful situation is arising out of many factors. I have been in this job for last three years. While I joined this job it was interesting. However, with time it has become monotonous and I am not able to find zeal for this. In addition, my transfer might happen in a few months. And I am not at all comfortable with it. As even after the transfer I have to do the same job. I want to shift to some other vertical in our organisation, although there is no vacancy. And as a result, while I am a top performer, I feel stressed.

Physically, the biggest problem is the irritation/pain. It happens inside the anus/ in the lower pelvic region a sort of stinging sensation and for last 2-3 days it is continuing for long. Some days back, the irritation was not at all there. However, it has returned now. It gets relieved sometimes after bowel movements. While the dribbling at the end of urination and part liquidity of semen are minor factors I am bothered about.

Please guide accordingly. Thanks a lot.

Its a little urgent. I had one dose of apis Mel yesterday. From today afternoon, I am not able to urinate properly. The amount has been scanty and very low. I went for only two times although I had at least 800 ml of water. I had a rentac in the afternoon due to heavy eating in an occasion today. Now, I am sweating profusely.

Please suggest whether things are alright.

Yes, that I understand. I have mentioned the name of the remedy so that you can have a timely information about the schedules. It might be because of having Rantac for excessive bloating in the afternoon. I was not able to avoid it as I was feeling very bad after eating in the afternoon. Kindly suggest what to do now. The excessive urination has kept me awake. Also there is this continuous irritation in the penis.

Its been long since I have posted.

Since monday morning, things really settled down. For the last 4 days I have irritation in the pelvic region, which is only 1% of compared to the last month. Its rather next to nil. The dribbling has solved on its own. A little liquidity is there in the semen.

Meanwhile, I had a stomach muscle strain on last sunday, which created the extreme pain on sunday.

Right now I have a pain in the right upper abdomen. Its a sort of continuous and throbbing. My urine and hunger are normal. However, stool is gaseous.

Please advice if I need to do anything.

I have had carbo Veg and it solved the problem.

Meanwhile, the pain in the pelvic/ inside anus/ bladder region is absent most of the days. Some times there is a stinging feeling at some days at some times. Dribbling and liquid semen problem has also seems to be solve. Please advice.

Also another problem I need to elaborate. It happens to me every year around mid-October to mid-Decemeber. I have allergies from pollen. Many days I wake up with countless sneezing and running noses, which solves after taking allergy medicines such as cetgel. This has not yet started. But I am getting the feeling that it would start very soon. Please advise also on that.

Mentally I feel rejuvenated after getting relief from the pelvic pain.

I had tuberculinum for 2 days ending Thursday. The occasional needle like sensation inside the rectum/ pelvic area has not totally gone off. In fact, it is stinging minutely but continuously since today afternoon.

Mental condition is relaxed with the relief from the problem after long 3 months.

Please advice what to do next

The problems seemed to have solved.

Now I feel occasional stinging like sensation inside the anus/ pelvic region. Its very rare, happens once in 1-2 days and very mild too. The only problem that has persisted is the semen containing liquid part. Its much better than last few months, but still it needs improvement. Please suggest if I should take any medicine further. I am relieved and rejuvenated mentally on the verge of coming festive season.

I had Acid phos for three days. There is no immediate change in semen type. Meanwhile, the pain in the pelvic/ inside rectum has become more minimal. Now its like a single sting in 3-4 days. Please suggest further course of action.
