Help to balance hormones

Hi There,
I am a 31-year-old female. I have had three pregnancies in the last six years resulting in three girls ages: 6, 3 and 14 months. My first two pregnancies and deliveries were near perfect. I nursed my first for 7.5 months and my second for one year. I went straight from nursing my second to being pregnant with my third. My third pregnancy was very difficult. In my first trimester I had a solid month of cold/flu. In the second trimester onwards, I suffered from depression and very bad vaginal infections. My delivery was very short (4 hours). I had an epidural. I tested positive for group B strep for the first time and was given antibiotics. I felt amazing for the first time in 9 months the week following my delivery, but then all of my symptoms came back with vengeance. I combated the depression with NutraSea (high dha), vitamin d and continued to take my prenatal vitamins. My baby was colicky. I gained 60 lbs with this pregnancy, but lost it all in 6 months because my diet had to be so clean to nurse my infant -- I couldn't touch dairy, eggs, acidic fruits, gassy vegetables or any spices, caffeine, baked goods etc. I am still dealing with cytolytic vaginosis and horrible depression, anxiety and panic attackts. This is debilitating on top of trying to raise and homeschool my three girls. I know I am dealing with hormonal imbalance, but am at a loss as to where to begin. I have had a lot of stress -- financial, emotional and lack of sleep because of three little people and trying to balance life, and pressure with raising three gifted children. The depression and anxiety is worse with dairy and gluten. I feel like I am in constant fight or flight response. I took probiotics for the first time with this pregnancy, but I think that is what caused the good bacteria overgrowth that I can't seem to get back in balance -- pro-biotics make this thing worse. I have had brain fog and really bad periods for which I have had to start taking medication to stop blood flow because I came very close to becoming anemic. I started taking iron supplements and vitamin a in addition to the above mentioned supplements. The mental clarity, fatigue etc. got better, but then I picked up wicked heart burn and can't seem to handle any iron supplementation. Looking forward to your help. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please provide some information about yourself 1. what sort of weather do you prefer ( hot/moderate/cold) ? 2. how thirsty do you feel ? .3. what are the major health issues of your parents? 4 what diseases have you suffered from till now?

I prefer moderate cool weather that I can wear warm clothes in. I live in humidity. I am fine with dry heat, but hate the humidity. Father suffers from depression and had a schizophrenic episode when I was a teenager. He also has diabetes. Mother had hysterectomy for heavy bleeding, cysts on ovaries etc. and deals with fibromyalgia, arthritis etc. etc. I had surgery for Cronhs Disease 13 years ago and have been fine since with many lifestyle changes.

I don't feel thirsty, but am very thirsty -- I just don't get around to remembering to drink water because I'm always looking after the kids. My bladder has also been out of sorts --
Frequent urination with trouble voiding (Mother also deals with this and she has many urinary track infections -- I have not had infections).

please take one dose Causticum 200. do not eat or drink sour things as they may interfere with medicine. do not take more than one dose .

Thank you. This is for the bladder/urinary issues? What is one dose?

it will cover all your problems. one dose if the medicine is in globules will be 4 or 5 globules. if liquid 2 or 3 drops dissolved in half a cup of water.

Thank you so much. My husband is picking up the pellets tonight. Can you give me some more instruction on taking them? Do I dissolve them in water? With or without food? When should I notice a change? Any side affects I should be aware of? Also, I had taken some Staphysagria a few months ago -- one vile of 30ch for several days -- I had self prescribed this because of emotional detachment from my Mother -- I diluted it in water. The first night I had a dream that I peed all over her desk, but my anxiety and panic got so bad over the next couple of days that I had to stop. I feel like this is unresolved. Should anything be done about this first or will the Causticum clear this up as well? It does seem to fit my constitutional type. Thank you so much for your help and time.

I took 5 pellets of the Staphysagria three times a day.

you can take the medicine either dry or dissolved in water. both are OK . you get quicker action if you take it in water. you will see action within 24 hours.
there are no side effects of homeopathic medicines. the effects are either good or bad.
staphisagria was taken long ago so you should not worry about it.
keep 30 minutes gap both before and after medicine. do not take any food in that period.

Hi There,

I took the remedy dissolved in water Wednesday morning as directed. The next morning I woke up with really bad cramping and throughout the day had multiple bowel movements. This stopped the second day. I have experienced a mental shift and my bladder is emptying without strain. My body has changed in physical appears -- it looks more toned. I have had twitching in a nerve in my right arm the last two days, but it is decreasing. Things are progressing, but at the 24 hour mark until present I am experiencing really bad anxiety. I was really tired the last two days, but the anxiety is intense right now. Is this how it should be working its way out? I am concerned about the anxiety. Thanks for your help.

I just remembered that I had a large piece of cheese Wednesday night which could be what triggered the anxiety. Will the Causticum help with the super sensitivity to dairy and wheat?

it may do but I do not know for sure. wait for two days to see if it goes on its own.
