urgent please -suffering from sexual disturbances premature ejaculation etc

Hello
From past years I m suffering from many diseases like mental disorder (ocd) and sexual disturbances due to excess masturbation (premature ejaculation short penis )I m taking nux vomica 200 2 drops in evening and sulphur 200 2 drops in morning for mental disorder ruta g 200 in afternoon 2 drops for eyesight improvement
Now I have recovered mostly from this mental disorder and eye disease now I also wants to recover from my sexual disturbance (premature ejaculation and short penis) I m masturbating from 8 years im now 24 .
Please any one suggest me which medicine should be used and in wat potency with the existing medicines ( nux vomica sulphur ruta) I can't stop these because these 2 diseases are also critical for me .
Please help me my sperm is so thin and penis is too short when I see any sexual movie I cant retain sperm more than half minute.
