Frequent urination

Hi,

My son is 16 years old.

He is suffering some issues in passing urine.

He cannot pass urine at one time. He has to go to the toilet couple of times and he sits for a long time in washroom. Please help.

Got is USG done.

USG shows Post void residual urine 221 cc approx. in urinary bladder. Otherwise Bladder shows normal.

Prostrate size is 25.4 x 18.8 x 24.5 in size with prostatic weight of 6.1 gms.

Imprression of USG shows following:

Post void residual urine 221 cc approx.
Mild fullness of plevicalyceal system in right kidney.
A small ill defined echogenic focus is seen in uppermid calyx region of right kidney.

Please suggest some meds. He is just a kid.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to mention that his micro-albumin : creatinine ratio is 57.36 which is more than normal. Normal range is < 30.

Urine shows Protien (+) presence
