Itchy red eyes and nose block from severe dustmite and pollen allergy

7. climate - NorthEast. Fall has begun.
8. List of your complaints -
1. Breathing with mouth
2. Eyes are red and itchy. He is saying he is feeling like there is dust in the eyes, so he is blinking his eyes a lot.
3. His nose is blocked. No runny nose or mucus.
4. Perioral Dermatitis ( came to control after controlling his diet. We stopped giving him wheat/grain products )
5. Not sleeping well because of nasal blockage
6. Rubs his nose saying that it is itchy
7. He says food is spicy though it is not spicy

9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
1. Breathing with mouth - since 4 years ( gives relief in summer )
2. Eyes are red and itchy. He is saying he is feeling like there is dust in the eyes, so he is blinking his eyes a lot.- from past 3 months

We gave antibiotics and fever reducer when he got ear infection and severe nasal blockage.
I thought you are asking about Homeopathy and I said no.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
We are giving Benadryl and saline nasal drops now, but not helping much

His last antibiotic course was from last week of May'2015 to end of first week of June'2015.
I have to contact his doctor office for earlier antibiotics he took. Please let me know if I need to provide those details.
Yesterday I took him to his doctor for his red itchy eyes. Doctor said that he has dry eye syndrome and prescribed eye drops to use for every 1 hr.
Can you please let me know the dosage of Arsenicum Album ? His age is 5 yr 8 months. How many times in a day we need to give him and how long ?

Hi Sir,
Below is the observation :
Daytime:
We can see reduction in the frequency of blinking his eyes but we saw rubbing his eyes.we could observe little swelling under his eye after rubbing eyes.
Nose blockage reduced to 70% in the daytime.

Nighttime :
His nose is completely blocked in night times when compared to morning.Also we can hear snoring sound.He is breathing with mouth in night times(during sleep )

Is there any way to treat his allergies?

Today, he rubbed his eyes as soon as he got up in the morning. After sometime he is not doing it.
He is also saying that his nose is itchy.

Sir,
we gave 2 doses of Bryonia yesterday and day before yesterday.
He is rubbing his eye & blinking a lot, and also doing oral breathing.
We saw little bit of improvement in both when we gave him arsenicum album.
Please advise.
