Twitching

Hi All,

I need some help finding a remedy for twitching. Before I go to sleep I shudder and twitch . It doesnt affect my sleep or I dont notice it. However some days I get up earlier than normal and when I go back asleep I still twitch. I have a sneaky suspicion that it is causing me to wake up prematurely. Whats going wrong?
