I had tooth ache on a front crown tooth - this already had a root canal and the pain came and went over a period of 12 months- I was referred to an endodonist who opened up my gum and cleaned it out. No success- so I decided to have the tooth taken out - the pain then moved to my cuspid tooth -which we were using as a bridge for my front crowns - we then did two root canals on this tooth - still no success - then a week of antibiotics - no success - The endodist did a 360 photo of my tooth and the root canal looks good. Both my dentist and the endodonist Think it could be Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN). The pain is 24/7 dull ache. Feels like it is in the tooth. Tried one nerve blocker Gabapentin - no success. Now trying Lyrica 225 twice a day still no success. My doctor has requested an MRI but I have to wait until next March 2016Do you think the above sounds like TN - I don't get pain in my lower jaw or cheeks just this one tooth which had no pain until we removed the tooth to the right of it which had the pain before.
Can you suggested a homeopathic remedy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please tell me the character of pain, where it extend, when it increase or decrease, from which thing you get relief from pain.

The pain is a 24/7 now. It's a dull ache all the time. pain killers like ibuprofen does not do much. Since removing the tooth it seems to have increased the pain in left cuspid tooth. Nothing really makes it increase. Today its quite a strong pain. A couple of weeks I also had a strange pain in the left side of my head which is where the TN nerve is. It lasted all day and it would be very strong for a few second then go. The following day it was gone. I think it's all connected to the Trigeminal nerve on the left side of my head
