allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchitis

Dear Sir,
Left nostril block, Left eyelid drooping, pain and pressure over left eye,pain, pressureof head only left side,,left knee joint pain especially when blockage increases,,left side roof of mouth itching specially hayseason fever period may Aug Nov and Feb, and may,, left ear also pain, inflammation feeling in chest,,when nose block increases ,, irritation In chest also increases,,back side left portion of head also pain and pressure so much so that thinking and concentration totally impaired,, currently not working as affecting performance in workplace

Doing saline wash but partial relief as again nose blocks,, only it prevents too much accumulation,, used bacil 200, it is effective in clearing old sticky mucuos from nose which even saline wash cannot help but nose block is ongoing process,,, only left side problem
Cheeks are very sunken,,face looks pale
