Hello Doc,

this time i am writing you on behalf of my father.

My father is 52 year old Height 5.7" weight 58 KG. He has some stomach related issue since he was 22. He is completely addicted to tobacco products i.e Pan Masala, Raw Tobacco, Tobacco Manjan etc. He tried to leave this bad habit many times but he couldn't and gave up all the time.

Now the problem is; he is having redness over finger joints in both the hands and skin. Effected area is very tight & itchy all the time. He is also feeling mild burning sensation inside the effected area. Also small red pimples use to appear and disappear in hand, Back & feet.

It's been around 2 months since he is on homeopathic remedies but somehow it's not working out.

When it all started my father visited a government homeopathic hospital where doctor gave them Echinacea & Biochemic 20 which almost cured the problem 90 % in 20 days but all of sudden it came back & medicine seems to be not working so my father visited another homeopath who has given him Reckweg R23 along with some other remedy in pellets form which i have no idea which remedy is in there; since 15 days my father is taking the remedy R23 & pellets but the condition isn't improving at all.

I am attaching some snaps for the same kindly take a look & prescribe a remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Kindly get his uric acid checked and report it.

For the time being stop all the medicines.

Get hold of the following:

1. Nux v 200
2. Caladium 3x (preferable pellet form)

Give him a cup of strong black coffee (without sugar and milk). On the next day in the evening give nux v 200 (one dose only). From next day give caladium 3x 1 pellet twice daily for 1 week.

This prescription is to undo the effects of tobacco. His prescription would follow once you post uric acid report.

Thanks for the reply.

I Will get Uric acid test done by tomorrow morning as he already had his breakfast.

Will procure the prescribed remedy by today only.

Can i give him Strong Black Coffee today & start the prescribed remedy by tomorrow or should i wait till i get the uric acid report ?

Also my father has a question; is it eczema ? as doctor prescribed him R23 which is for eczema.

Also i forgot to tell you that effected area is completely dry & little hard and doesn't have any watery stuff while itching.

i told him to not to use any tobacco products by today on wards.

I dont think if it is eczema. You may start the treatment from today - black coffee and next day nux v.

Thanks for clearing doubt Doc. Will go ahead from today itself.

NUX V 200 1 dose would be; 2 drop in 2 teaspoon of water.

correct me if i am wrong.
