Over Masturbation effects

I'm 18 and I started masturbating when I was 13. I did it daily for 2-3 years, then reduced the frequency to a week and then to a month. Now I masturbate around twice a month but am suffering from the effects. I've experienced hair loss, severe premature ejaculation, frequent nocturnal emissions (in about 5-6 days), fatigue, back ache, no morning wood, increase in the frequency of peeing. What should I do?

Sir, I've already tried all of the suggested things. I pray daily & exercise in the evening. It has helped me to avoid masturbation, but weekly nocturnal emissions have become a real problem.
