Bad breath!! Please help

Hi, I have bad breath from many years...I have consulted several dentists n they say I do not have any cavities or any oral health problem so I went ahead and consulted an ENT, they said that I have mild to moderate silent reflux along with mild tonsils n mild nose congestion...nothing too big issue though I at times mouth breath especially at night and I have dry mouth and I notice when I get up that my tongue tends to stick up....I brush very rigorously n try cleaning my Tongue which gets white coated easily also the back of the tongue doesn't clean that good...also at times I do get tonsil stones which I try scraping but they come back....I'm a 35 old women n have been fighting with halitosis for years now,it's becoming a big concern as its killing my confidence...please help...thank you.
