eustachian tube blocked

My son age 18 is suffering eustachian tube blocked. Is there treatment for this in Homeopathic. He is suffering for this condition for last 6 months. Tried few nasal sprays recommended by doctor but no relieve.

He is short tempered. Prefer cold weather. Catches flu more than average. Likes ice cream and coffee. No tea.

Give him Sulphur 200 one dose.
avoid sour food and drinks.

What is differece between Sulphur 200 and Kali Sulphuricum

You can get it in globular or drops.
if globular take 3 or 4 directly on the tongue. If liquid 2 or 3 drops in half a cup of mineral water is one dose.
