-I have been quite depressed after delivery , on being tested by my health visitor i had a score of 18 for postpartum depression which is quite high and then it decreased slowly , one month after my delivery we came to UK which was quite hard on me and my family ,my postpartum bleeding was not stopping and i was diagnosed a dermoid cyst to top it all. since my delivery i have been very depressed , irritated , tearful at times ... i have had bad mood swings . With my husband's amazing support i am much better now but still at times i get these mood swings and i feel very irritated and depressed at times .
