Moles 11 year old

My 11 year old son has been getting lots of moles. Mostly on upper torso and face. He has had 5 removed already. 1 came back atypical. Most of the moles that were removed started to grow back. One left a big raised thick scar. I think some of it is hereditary. Is there anyone to get rid of and stop new ones from growing?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him 2 pills of Thuja 30 in the morning and Causticum 30 in the evening for 15 days and see how that affects over a month.
