Frequent urination

Iam 28 years old , i have been living in dubai from last 2 years


the problem i am having now is that i feel like i need to pee almost every time .

and sometimes after half an hour of drinking any fluid i suddenly feel a very strong urge to urinate and almost it feels like it cannot be stopped and i have to do it . i am having this problem from last one month


in past i have had similar problems and the doctor did test for diabetes , but diabetes was not diagnosed however i have sensitivity to carbohydrates so i have problem like weakness, palpitation ,and headache and itching in body if i eat any carb rich food so i try to avoid that but now the current problem is this urination problem

i had kidney stone also but that is gone in my last ultrasound around 1 month back




The problems i have had in past :-

carbohydrate sensitivity
kidney stone
diabetes like symptoms

medication i used in past

berberis vulg for kidney stone
and cystone from Himalayas


How did it cure my past symptoms which were like diabetes (weakness, frequent urination) ?

by avoiding carbohydrate food
giving up white rice
sugar
ice creme
fruit juice with sugar
Fast food

i can eat fruits without any problem .
