dog treatment question

Hi,
I have a small toy variety of poodle/chihuaha mix. She is an otherwise healthy dog who has done well with homeopathy in the past but has two issues yet to be resolved. She has a clouding of the eyes(possibly cataracts) and also piching pain when she gets up to jump off a sofa or climb stairs suddenly. She takes Dinovite every other day and when she does she does not complain of pinched nerves. We suspect the pain shoots up her bacl from her hips. She has a mild dysplasia of the roght hip which seems to be the bigger culprit. She is up in years but still very fit and active. She is loyal, regimented and smart. She favors men over women on first meeting, although my mom is who she is closest to. If anyone has a list they could direct me to or a suggestion for these two issues, please let me know.
