Varicocele in Left testicle leading to decreased sperm count/libido and also loss of erections
Hello sir, I am 32 years old and married for 2 years now, and we are trying to have kids, but since after marriage I have seen myself having lesser and lesser interest in sex and so lesser erections, I have been taking sildenafil 25, which would give me sufficient erections. After we have been trying to have kids and been unable to, I did under go tests for fertility through an andrologist and after the fist semen analysis, I was worried by the so less sperm count and other values. My first semen analysis I had a value of 5 million/ml with 70% nonmotile cells and less than 50% normal cells. After that I revisited the andrologist and suggested scrotal ultrasound i which i have been diagnosed aof having grade I varicocele in the left testis and smaller than normal size right test with normal morphology.
After these diagnoses, we couple are currently thinking of IVF/ICSI, but I am thinking of giving homeopathy a try for my problem.
Also, I have been seeing my local homeopath for last 3 months who have been giving me Hammamelis in varying doses, which did not provide any benefits after. Currently my sperm count is 5 million/ml , but motility and morphology of sperm has improved a little bit, but still not a sufficient result so as to father a baby.
Through online search I have learned that Calc flour, acid phos and natrum mur do give better results. And I have already started with Calc Flour 12X 4 pills t.i.d. But it is a self medications, not clear about how to resolve my issue. Can you help with my issue.
