Eat plenty of fruit juices like that of pine apple and sweet lemon. Avoid fried food, eggs and non-veg.

dear kadwa,

today i started sulphur and nux vomica.

i didn't take any med or remedy for whole week and condition was like when i pass stool there was mid type of burning and after that there is no burning at all for whole day, swelling was also reduced so it was easy to insert back anus.

but from yesterday there was alot of burning and pain during passing the stool and for the whole day with intervals. today blood also came. i think anal fissures have come again. these were not cured completely so come again.

i want to tell u one more thing that i have been taking psyllium husk for last couple of months at night with milk. should i continue or stop it.

should i stop taking milk, rice etc.

Fruit and Vegetable juices are better than psyllium husk. Take rice in moderate quantity.

Condition is mix type.

plz tell me when it will be fully cured

The physician doesn't know when the cure will take place. Patient should assess impact of remedies on his condition. He should take the remedy when he has symptoms and this cycle continues for indefinite time.

Nitric Acid 30 is another possibility in your case.
