asd/adhd 11yr old with aggression

I am just beginning looking into homeopathy. We have been doing biomedical intervention for 2 years now. Diet is pretty clean and organic. Agression kicked in after the summer of 2012. He had been on medication focalin for about a year and a half. Stop medication after onset of aggression and begin natural regimens and diet changes. According to symptoms his remedy is belladonna and Hyoscyamus Niger. I'd like to point out occurrences that happened over the summer prior to onset of symptoms. He has always had elopement behaviour. In July he jumped out of the first floor window and injured his femur but no fracture. Was in pain for a couple of weeks, but happy. Also had a sudden ringworm on back. Then in August we went on vacation to Florida. Which was his first time on an airplane. During the flight he experienced what I believe to be a panic attack in fear of the plane falling. Then while in Florida we went on a boat tour which initially he was terrified to be on the boat. After takeoff from dock, he was happy and really enjoyed the ride. Return flight from Florida showed no panic. Fast forward to late September a new school year with new class the aggression began. He began having violent destructive rages whenever he had to do something that was asked of him leading to suspension. We began homeschooling soon after and stop medication and aggression decreased but still very present. I'd like to know if the traumatic experiences leading up to September played a role in the onset of aggression. If so how do we remedy this. I only have access to Bioron and Hylands remedies at our local health stores. I can order Helios and get within 2days via mail. Which brand should is preferred if any. Freiends have highly recommended Helios. I will eventually seek a homeopath but would like to trial some remedies first. Thank you for your time and suggestions.
