cough, cold, and high fever in 3 year old

hello:

My daughter is 3 yr 3 month old. she was having cold last week, but was normal and was able to go to school, but From sunday morning, she is running high fever and cough (it is not productive except for now and then, wet cough), she seems little better today, but still gets weak and running around 101 temp. kindly help
