Piles Problem

I'm suffering from pilesproblem. I have doubt abt this problem but from the last 4-5 days I getting minor pain while doing stool and in sitting. Right now there is no bleeding just iching and pain while sitting. I have attached the pic of my rectum.

I don't have the constipation. But stool are very thin and small size.

I also have gastic problem from last 8-10 year.
Also cough problem not going. Minor reddis of nect internally.
Some one suggest me nux vomica 30C. 3 drops 3 time a day. I have already taken 4 dose.

Please suggest me gud medicine.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Please take Sulphur 200 in morning and Nux Vomica 200 in evening for 7 days. Have plenty of fruit juices like pine apple, sweet lemon etc. You may also take carrot juice daily.

Hello sir,

I'm feeling better. No irritation, no pain during sitting nd whole day.

Also having the little bit benefit in gastic problem.

But a new thing, getting the very bad smell from urin as it was not before to take the medicine.

And the gas passing out whole day.

What should do now..

Taking sulfur 200, 3 drops in early morning and Vomica 200 3 drops in night.

some time in day feeling itching.. but better as far from starting.

I'm continuously taking the medicine as per prescription.

What should i have to avoid eating or to make changes in my diet chart.

no non-veg, egg, eggplant, oily food, fried food, spicy food.

Take plenty of fruits like sweet lemon, pine-apple, water melon.

Whenever i stop taking the medicine, problem start again after 2-3 days..

Currently i'm taking the medicine after 1 day gap.
