Piles Problem

Hi,

I'm 31 Yr old and doing sitting job.

I'm have the doubt about the piles problem from 1 yr. but before 2-3 day it was clear about this problem. I have attached the pic.

While doing stool and sitting getting minor pain and irritation. Not getting blood during stool. Stool are thin and small.

I also have gastric problem.

and the medium cough problem whole day. This was recursing. After taking medicine it become fine. But after some days This problem come again. having pain in left side the neck and minor redish.

Some one suggest me Nux Vomica 30C, 3 drops thrice a day.
and another one Hamamelis. But due to gastic and throat infection, taking Nux Vomica.

Please give me your suggestion. I have just take 5 dose of this medicine.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take one dose Sulphur 200 in the morning.
Do not use any other medicine.
Avoid sour food and drinks.

How many drop of Sulphur 200 and how many days.

2 or 3 drops in half a cup of mineral water. Do not use tap water. Only one dose. Update after 7 days
