suffering piles

My age is 23 last 9 months i suffering from piles.i cant't see any warts.but sometimes blood in stool and anal is pain and burning(inflammation) during stool pass and after also .one day i put my finger in anal there is something touches my finger.i think that are wart and wart is also pain.i can't sit long time .i went local homeopathy doctor and he give some 4 types of medicine and said use this medicine for 1 month.i used this medicine 1 month there is one results that stopped blood on stool .but pain and burning not stopped .i think i am starting stage piles .pls tell me what are best medicine for my problem .how many days for permanently cure piles problem.one doubt can i use biochemic number 17 for warts .i read this topic in this link is can useful for me http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/493567/
