Now i am having chest pain with pinching symptoms and it the pain has been aggrevated to left arm kness and backside discs. Already i am taking homeopathy medicines for last 7 months. Here are my details
Climate: 29C to 34C
I am Software engineer.
I am having continous pain in left upper joints, cervics and in leftside back discs. I don't know how it was affected to me. I am feeling the pain as pinching(but not like gas).
Last year i went for medical checkup twice as per my company policy, at that they told me that i am having BP measure as 100/130. I felt very bad about this, because i am a very sensitive person. I always wants everything is to be perfect. i am getting angry, when things does not happen as expected.
I am taking homeopath medicinces for last six months, but my consultant didn't tell any medicine name to me. I do not have any family history for any diseases.
I am working between 5PM to 1Am everyday for last two months. But I am having regular 8 hours sleep. Easily i believe all my friends and relatives, if they disappointed me in any situation i am feeling all are worst, because i love everybody. I am going for walking everyday from two month backs.
I am doing yoga for last two months, i am not feeling better on the not exercising days.

First of all having a exercise structure in life is good like you said you are walking. Well where do you walk(I hope you are not a treadmill hamster) Outdoors in fresh air is the best. The sceenary will help you relax and keep you occupied and before you know it you will walk more and not notice it. I do much walking to help with stress so I don't get angry, like when you don't results and start to frustrate. I live in Pennsylvania, USA so I spend alot of time in the woods on trails. Yoga is a wonderful outlet and I do recommend it, However I started with yoga and felt like somone threw my down a flight of steps when I woke up the next day. This is not good so I sought out one of the many form of yoga called Kripala. It focuses on deep breathing, gentle stretching and just plain melloing out to help your body relax. You should not strain when you excercise! Sweat yes, Strain no! Also, try a little Tai-Chi. I do this and it is very smooth. I only started about four months ago and it takes a little practice but eventually you will look forward to it as I do.
Another thing is your diet! Now I am no dietitian but when I converse with dietitians they ask me where I studied. I laugh and just tell them I read and pay attention to common sense like if it was made in a lab it is probably not good for you. Like for instance, sugar is really brown....then it gets "Refined", they ruin the purity of suger by doing that. Bread is almost the same. eat more fruit and veggies but make sure you wash them. eventhough they are good for you, the preservatives they spray on them to make them look so good, are not. (You can even eat organic)
another thing that it sounds like is a little depression comin on. don't get down or things get worse. get out and socialize with people like friends or family.(This will help take your mind off things) King Henry of England once said "A good laugh will help you live longer". He was and still is right. Enjoy yourself, eat right, and exercise and eventually it will drop. Now some people may respond to this as it could be genetic, well it might be but you can still bring it down naturally with out buying pills or elixirs or stuff like that. Try this...eat a little garlic during the day whether it be on pasta, on salad, or however...Eat wheat bread instead of white. use honey instead of sugar. stay away from the salt shaker and very salty foods. (Based on your weight) drink about 25% to 50% of your body weight in ounces of water daily. Excuse me for insuating this but based on your name you might be from asia or the middle east so watch things that are bad spicy like sauces and powders..peppers are good but when they start adding all that stuff to them they ruin them.
