Premature edjaculation
I am seeking guidance on my situation with dealing with premature ejaculation. I am a 25 year old male dealing with this for about three years. Started out of no where, prior to that, I had a healthy sex/ejaculation life. I am 6 feet tall and weight 220 pounds. I have a healthy diet and exercise. I usually don't even need to penetrate a woman. I can ejaculate within 30 seconds of being erect. A few strokes during masturbation, and I ejaculate. Same thing goes for oral. Penetration, I only last a few thrusts. Please advise??jackson1 on 2016-04-02
