Hello,Age: 38
Gender: Male
Weight: 110 kgs

Ethnicity: Indian

I have been suffering from Low Testosterone levels for the past few years. My recent blood test shows 187 L, which is far below the reference range of 250-827 NG/DL
I have been obese for the past several years, very low energy to exercise and muscles pain and are weak. I have started exercising again for the past two months and losing weight is very very hard.
I'm low on confidence and am afraid of something or the other all the time (this has been for the past 2 years). Recently, i had severe itching on the palms of hand and feet. This lasted about 2 years and went away after constantly applying moisturizers and meditation.
I do have some digestion problems, i eat very quickly, suffer from flatulence. Stool is usually watery and smells bad.
I have always had acne all my life, i constantly get break outs on my face, hips, inner thighs and waist. Skin is very scarred because of this.
I also have HS in my left armpit for the past 10 years.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What I would suggest is to work on your confidence. Working out to lose weight and or to become healthier isn't merely a situation about whether you have the energy to do so or not. It's also a matter of telling yourself that you have the ability to do it and that you can succeed and make it happen.
Losing weight should also help with your testosterone levels, you could also have testosterone prescribed to you or perhaps take some herbal treatments to help.
