Tinnitus - How to know which sound it is?

Ringing, Roaring, Buzzing, Hissing , whistling, cracking , echoing.
Is there any example for those sounds?
So it will be easier for me to hear and find the right medicine for me

As far as I've always had it described to me, I thought it was a dim ringing sound that was constant and did not go away.

So is it ringing type?
If so, IRIS VERSICOLOR is the right medicine for me.

I will tell the result after one month.
