Memory, concentration

Hello sir actually I can't concentrate on study. Just 15 day yo go for exams. Last time I take modalert for concentration that's help me a lot result in hair fall. I have one more problem my time I misread few words and also mis write few word like instead of 35000 I write 3500. Plz help me
I m 28 years male. Weight 72 hight 5.9. Plz help me
Misreading few words and in writing omitting few words and forgetting spellings. Is it dyslexia
