Dear Nawaz Sir,

I have taken Cal Flour 6x for four days. Overall the urine flow is slightly better. Pain is less in spinal region but vision is foggy. State of mind is normal. At times there is feeling of bladder not emptied. At night I only get up once to relieve myself. Thank you Sir,

What are the sugar readings, breakfast and after 2 hours of meal? What is the result of HB1ac, if any?

Dear Nawaz Sir,

I have not had any HB1ac test. but sugar reading are as under:

Fasting - 82.90 mg/dl
PP - 95.60 mg/dl
Lactic Dehydrogensae(Serum) 137.90 U/L. These are the reading under Glucose F (Spectrophotometry. All these test were conducted last month.

Dear Nawaz Sir,

I have taken Ruta 200C once daily for three days. Pain because of Ankylosing Spondylitis is reduced to a great extent. Prostate enlargement the issue is weak urinary stream and sometimes feeling as if bladder not empty. Vision is foggy(cataract).

Please take Lycopodium 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, Only One Dose, when you get up in the morning.

Also, take Berberis Vulgaris 1x, 11 drops mixed in 1/4th glass of mineral water, in the evening, for 2 days.

Dear Nawaz Sir,

Thanks for your prayers and good wishes. The urine stream is now much better. The pain because of AS is very less that too because of fusion of bones which have already taken place. Otherwise OK. I am not very sure but I do feel a very slight improvement in vision in right eye (cataract). Thanks once again for all your advice and help. May Allah bless you with all the happiness.

Dear Nawaz Sir,

Pains are very less. But frequency of urination has gone up, although the stream is stronger. Mind is at peace and not agitated. There seems no improvement in vision because of cataract.

Dear Nawaz Sir,

I have taken Silicea 200C for three days as advised. The urge to pass urine is strong, but the stream is much better now. Also there is less pain because of AS but I feel that the ribs and back having less flexibility. Mind is OK. Vision is foggy because of cataract.
