High Blood Pressure

Hello, I am a 50 female, weighing 200 lbs.
I have been suffering from HBP for about 8 years, and they had prescriber Loxartan but the side effects are gasthly. I found Glonoinum to be very effective but sometimes my diastolic pressure goes up. I take 5 globules in the morning. Should I take more?
