Relief from Hay fever/spring allergies

Hi,

I am 44 years old female and have been suffering from yearly spring+summer allergies from the last 20 years ever since I moved to the western part of US.
I get violent sneezing, scratchy upper throat and sometimes clear runny nose.
It get worse in the night while sleeping. I get up with sneezing and a runny nose and feel the pollen going up my nose.

Please help.
