Eczema and food allergies

My son is 2 1/2 years old. He’s had a dairy allergy since he was born. He broke out in a rash sometime in February. We did allergy testing & he has a lot of allergies. His main food allergies are dairy, wheat, and eggs.
He still has an eczema spot on the back of his knee and gets occasional random red spots. I suspect it’s related to wheat. It’s been really hard to eliminate dairy and wheat since he’s such a picky eater. Working on finding gluten free food he’ll eat.

Is there anything we can do for the eczema and food allergies? He also has a lot of seasonal type allergies and allergies to animals.

He’s never been vaccinated and did have antibiotics once for pneumonia in December of 2019.
