Ringing in left ear...

Dear homeopathic drs and who have passion for it please help.....I have noticed ringing in my lefy ear from last 4 years some time it increases some time i forgey it tottaly some time mild ringing...its like light siiiiiiiiiiiisome think like it...
When it develop dr said many things...and alopathic at last said go for ear masker...but i have a faith in homeopathy and mwt few homeopath..one of them asked me to check my lipid ..and surprisingly my chlostrol was found increased trigleceride werevmote than 900..started the medicine homeopathy it came down to 400 tjan stoped for some time i syarted feeling better but the ringing sound was now and than heard..started being more active than triglecerde came down to 330 and again increased to 450 than again statwrted jogging took kaliphos for two months it again came down to 224..than stoped almost allmedicine and focused on jogging and exercise but after complete 3 months it is still 208 wherr as tottal chlostrol 173 and and otjets hdl and ldl in normal ranges...
I noticed when ever i have any stomoch proble like acidity .gas problem ..stomoch not clear than ringing in ear is more ...my age is 44 height 5.81/2 weigjt 71 kg..i jave faith in homeopathy if any one can understand my case...and can suggest some remwdy...thanks
