ADHD in Adult Male

Hi I need some help I need a dr to review like Dr Sajaad or Mahfooz

I am male 48 Years old always had issues

Lose concentration very quickly and is visible on face
Absent minded day dreaming talking to myself
Thinking something else saying something else doing something else
hurry, impatient. fidgety. Lazy. Find difficult in memorizing forget very quickly

Inattention to details, careless mistakes
Difficulty sustaining attention in tasks
Seeming not to listen when spoken to directly
Lack of follow through on instructions
Failure to finish tasks, but not due to oppositional behavior or lack of

comprehension
Difficulty with organization of tasks, activities
Avoidance of tasks requiring sustained mental efforts,
Losses of objects required to accomplish tasks like notes
Easy distraction and forgetfulness
