Piles

Sir,
1. Age. 27
2. Male
3. Single
4. weight. 64 kg.
5. Height. 5 feet 6 inch
6. country. India (Bihar)
7. climate. Hot
I have got piles.
Incomplete bowel movement.
Stool is tight.
It is not bleeding there, but stinging pain after passing stool.
It is burning, itching and pain from morning to about 2 pm afternoon.
Facing too much difficulty in passing stool and feeling too much pain in left side of anus during passing the stool.
It feels like that something is pricking in the end of anus.
And one thing let me tell you that I also have itching on my thigh and groin area. One of the users from homeopathy forum prescribed me to take Medorrhinum CM 1 dose and Sulphur 200 daily. I took these medicine, after taking these medicine this problem occurred and now I stopped to take these medicine.

I took these medicine prescribed by you. It cured but today this morning It was pain like something pricked the anus while passing stool and the pain persisted till 5 pm. At 12 O'clock I couldn't tolerate the pain that I was crying. I took Nux vomica during pain.
Now what should I do? Plz tell me.

Dr. Sb. Plz tell me how long do I have to take the medicine prescribed by you? It seems to me that it happens because I stopped taking medicine. I started on 27.5.16 and stopped on 8.6.16

aesculus 30 three times daily for 15 days nux vom 30 evening time one dose after three days for 15 days .you will not take aesculus on nux vom day.

Sir, I have been taking aesculus 30 three times daily and after three days nux vom 30,it improved but today this morning it was pain too much during passing stool. Now hour by hour pain is increasing, and now I can't tolerate the pain. What should I do now? Plz reply soon Sir

2 drops in one table spoon of water as one dose or 6/8 globules as one dose.
