This medicine is sold in the heath food stores as bilberry. I heard from a very old lady that she takes this supplement and is definitely helping her vision. It helps only as long as it is taken and she says still it is good to take

Please advise me if I can use VACCINIUM MYRTILLUS for distance vision.

My distance vission is weak and using glasses (0.75)
