how much trouble is it to adjust to the changed sleeping time changes?

John Stanton 3 years ago
This time it wasnt difficult at all.but 4,5 mths back,i had a very pathetic sleep.i couldnt sleep well, waking up with every little sound and then not being able to sleep well.now i sleep well but waking up with every disturbance is still there.and sometimes im in a weird state of sleep i.e when i sleep,my mind thinks it is awake and i can notice what happens around but at the same time i see dreams also.when i wake up after this,im too tired,i can recal the dreams but i complain that i could not sleep.nowadays it does not happen.

my sleeping habits very bad due to this.i do not allow anyone to come into room or talk and if i dnt get a good sleep,i get very bad mood swings.any thing like change of matress, place, pillow etc disturbs sleep.

i have many other issues as well.actually im a walking hospital.but i didnt mention them as i believe im already taking your so much time.they are not related to diarrhoea.they are jaw lock(tmj),stretched nerves of hands, sinus issues and some sort of alergy in summers that makes me sneeze alot

all info is of value--the main thing with listing info --is to date when had occurred--so as I can distinguish between current and old symptomology..

tmj started in 2008.i had difficulty opening mouth.so when i went to dentist and had my xray done,my all 4 wisdom teeth were aligned horizontally, instead of standing upright.so they were touching surrounding nerves and causing pain.doctors operated and removed all wisdom teeth.after that, the jaw lock became permanent but it did not cause pain anymore.i still get my jaws locked everytime i open my mouth but im used to it now as it is not painful.whenever im stressed, jaws lock more and all my facial nerves are stretched causing headache.tmj is on the right jaw.

talking about sinus issues,we shifted from one city to another 3 years back and since then, our whole family has this problem.frequent sneezing in summers and sometimes i sneeze so much that i want to cry.taking anti alergy helps.although my alergy test was negative but something indoors irritates me.i have often noticed if its hot or i switch off the fan, then it starts.right internal nostril is always blocked and it is hard to breathe through that.wax does not come out of ears.every 4th,5th mnth i have to go to ent specialist to get them cleaned.itch in right ear.i think my right part of body has many issues.

another problem is stretched nerves of right hand.this started from 2010 when i started working as banker.as we had to work more with numerics,i had to type all the day with right hand as the numeric keypad is on the right side.and now once a year i get it for a few months.get better with muscle relaxants.docs got my nerve conduction test which was okay so they just askd me to take pain killers and do exercise.using hand more increases the pain.and this pain travels through the arm to shoulders and then to left arm and hand.

i have tried alot of things from herbal remedies to skin specialist, vitamin c cream etc.nothing affects these spots.i think they are related to some internal problems.and i noticed they were getting lighter with spearmint tea use.the one on tummy has disappeared.

sana zia 3 years ago
they appeared firstly on thigh almost 6,7 years back and the ones on foot 3 years back.no sensations.
