i pass stool twice a day nowadays.once it is solid and the next time it is semi solid,just like before.

im more positive compared to last month.no negative thoughts.i have mood swings,get irritated easily,get angry but still im so positive that i motivate other people everytime.

im again having lose stools since yesterday.passed 5 times and still after taking meal there is urge to pass stool.constant pressure on rectum.

i had light brown spotting yesterday,the same pain in feet and legs has started,backache.before menses' proper bleeding,i get spotting for a day or two.

backpain--exact same ? PRIOR to last menses?

backpain is less.not that severe as before.weakness and pain in feet same.normally 1 week prior to periods i used to get severe backache and pelvic pain for 1 day and ended the next day itself.this time i didnt experience it.

u able continue no use of milk and such --maintaining similar diet--when fast is over?

im not using milk but wilk it not effect my calcium levels?not fasting anymore.

im having pain on the right side of tummy near kidney.kidney is at the back,this is on the front side.sharp pain suddenly starts and then stops itself.is it kidney pain or what?

that pain has gone.probably that was kidney pain.i kept taking water today so it has gone.stool frequency is again normal.and im perfect.

very very rarely.lack of water intake causes this but once in 2,3 years..other than that no kidney issues.
