I'm not a homeopathic, but I really want to say I know what you are going through and hope all the best for you. Pelvic floor dysfunction caused by giving birth usually causes spasms and that makes bm difficult, so getting the muscles relaxed is very important.

As salam u alaikum!
I thought the bleeding was normal and the uterus was just cleaning itself out, hence didn't report. It's no more than a couple of drops daily.
I'll be getting the remedy tomorrow, inshaAllah.
Just worried the high potencies may affect the baby since I am breastfeeding. Is it okay?

Hope you had a good weekend. :)
I finished the three puls. doses. It is now 24 hours since the last dose.
I noticed a thick dark grey vaginal discharge yesterday. Not copious. Am not sure about the bleeding. Will need to observe for another day.
Rectal pain still there. At my last BM felt two tears, one on the right the other on the left. However, the pain did not continue afterwards.
I've also been constipated and just prior to my BM I get a frontal right sided headache and my right eye aches too. (I remember this used to happen earlier toowhen I used to be constipated. I have had very regular BMs throughout pregnancy so forgot).
I don't know what else to report. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Please look into nitric acid.
It has the pain after stool for hours together very prominently.
It has the excoriation from stool.
It has the vaginal discharge.
Just a suggestion.

Please take Nitric Acid 200c, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 time a day, for 3 days.
