Allergic eczema

Hello! I've suffered couple of years from allergic eczema in my hand caused by soap. My skin is very dry and cracked. Swelling. Sometimes it feels like burning. No itching.

What makes me feel better is washing my hands (warm or cold water) and using oils. Warm climate is the best, cold weather makes me suffer more.

How could I moisturize and cure my skin?
