14 years of ear infections

My 14 year old son recently lost his 7th(?) set of tubes which were inserted exactly one year ago. His dr said he must be 'one of those' that needs ear tubes inserted annually for the rest of his life. He suffers from infections and substantial hearing loss as infections come on and then again when the tubes are impacted in wax in his ear until the dr pulls them out. He is normally a quiet, at home child, goodnatured and a little athletic. He must have a high tolerance for pain because he seldom mentions any discomfort even when the dr said it must have been excrutiating. After Wednesday's visit to the dr who pulled out the impacted tubes laying in his ear, my son slept for 10 or more hours and was unable to get out of bed for school the next morning. The dr said his right ear still has a small hole and the left has no hole, but is ready to burst again. He did not prescribe any meds. Thursday eve I gave my son Kali-m, vitamin c with bio-something or another, echinechea and mullein. in 45 minutes he was up singing and did all his homework. we have continued that regimen with great results, now we have echinechia with goldenseal, however I would like for his life long ear troubles to be addressed. thank you for any comments.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is probable that he is a pale blonde , type who dislikes rich fatty foods.

If this is the case he would respond to Pulsatilla 30 .

first week one a day for three days .
2 a week thereafter for a couple of months -- then STOP

He is a dishwater blonde tho his father and I are both dark brunettes. He is quite pale/fair, (tho we just started treating his dark red pimples with apple cider vinegar with some success, just as a further note of his skin tone). and yes, he dislikes rich fatty foods. he has a small mouth and high cheek bones. should I stop the other stuff and just give him the Pulsatilla? he also uses baking soda after brushing his teeth (he has bad breath) and rinses with hydrogen peroxide/water. he had braces and wanted to brighten his teeth after them. seems like his colds cut down once he started doing that so he kept it up. I can stop any or all of that if it will mess up the results. thank you very very much for your comments, they are very welcomed. I will get the Pulsatilla tomorrow and try that.

I forgot to mention that he went straight to bed after school today. His spirits remained good when he was awake and he had no complaints other than being so tired. His eyes are bright and his pupils are large this eve after about a 5 hour nap. He took the echn, C, mullein, and kali-m this morning and again just now. thank you again.
I learned this time that I should just get his ears looked at if he gets any low grades in school, his hearing is so affected. He doesnt seem to notice it going away. He didnt know you could hear the car engine while it was driving until last year when he got those tubes put in.

I just read the posts in "too much earwax" on this forum. I now have a better understanding of how homeopathic medicine works. I am VERY new to this, (just since Wednesday) and appreciate your patience as I learn what is significant to mention and what is not. I am not too clear on the Pulsatilla dosage. I have 30X and he has had it now twice. He had one dose (5 tiny tablets) last night and one this morning.
the label says to give 5 little tablets 3X a day. I am thinking you meant him to have 5 little tablets 1X a day, and doing that only 3 out of 7 days the first week.

is that right? I assume every other day? I apologize if being too elementary.
