Period problems

main bandana. meri age 26 years. meri period problem ho rahi hai. period time to time ho jate hai par serf 1 din hi rahta hai. and period ke pahle pet me thora dard vi hota hai jaise period suru hone ke time hote hai yaise. samne mera saddi hai mujhe to dar lag raha hai ki baby hone me koi taklif na ho. plzz koi mujhe help karo. mujhe iska salution dijiye taki mere sadi ke bad baby leneme koi problem na hoo.

haan aap try kariye.
minimum 3 months toh khana padega.
paresan na hon sadi ke baad baby leneme koi problem nahi hogi.
